ScubaGlobe Privilege Club offers its members a guaranteed minimum 10% discount off posted internet rates (rack rates) at all participating outlets. Members can select the services they want and the dates they want to visit from participating operators.

The range of services available from participating operators includes:

• Liveaboard boats
• Diving services, boat hire and equipment rentals
• Dive Resorts and accommodation
• Dive courses (including dive training to all levels including IDC/IE’s and all technical diving courses
• Transfers

METHOD

Join ScubaGlobe Privilege Club using the online registration process. There is no sign-up fee, joining is completely free. You will need to supply your name, a valid email address, a username and a password. Your membership will be valid for one year from the date you register.

1. Once membership has been approved (normally within a minute or less), log onto the participating operator’s section of www.scubaglobe.com and browse the available operators by country. You can open the operator’s home page from a hotlink on each operator’s section of www.scubaglobe.com to verify rack rates and learn more about the services on offer.
2. Complete the inquiry form, making sure all the required fields are completed, noting any additional requirements or clarifications in the comments box, and click send. Note that you must be logged in as a member to see the inquiry form.
3. You will receive an email confirming the availability of rooms and services from ScubaGlobe Privilege Club, usually within 24 hours, maximum 48 hours.
4. To confirm both the reservation and to obtain the discount, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of 5% of the total discounted amount to ScubaGlobe Privilege Club using the secure online form at the link supplied in the confirmation email. You will need to choose if you wish to pay by PayPal, or Mastercard, Visa or American Express using the secure Paysbuy server. Please make sure you read and understand the general terms and conditions as well as the specific terms and conditions of the operator with whom you are booking, including payment and cancellation policies, before confirming your reservation at the ScubaGlobe Privilege Club member’s discounted rate.
5. Once your non-refundable 5% deposit has been successfully processed (usually not more than a couple of minutes), you will receive an email confirming your reservation and ScubaGlobe Privilege Club member’s discounted rate. In some instances, you will be required to make a further payment directly to the operator to complete the process. These requirements will be clearly indicated at every stage of the reservation process.
6. A copy of the confirmation email, including the discounted rates for the services you have booked, the names of all guests and the services purchased, will also be sent to the operator and will clearly show that your final bill will be the ScubaGlobe member’s discounted rates less the 5% non-refundable deposit.
7. Depending on the individual payment policies of participating operators, you will have to pay the balance owed (rack rates less 10% less 5% deposit) to the operator either online or by bank transfer in advance, or by cash or credit card upon arrival.
8. Operators are not obliged to extend the minimum 10% discount to goods and services not reserved online though ScubaGlobe Privilege Club.
